Tafseer Habibi is written by Molana Habib ur Rahman Kotarpani and was published in 1944. Molana was born in Kotarpn in 1900 A.D.and acquired his education from Darul uloom deoband. After his education from Deoband, he came back to his village Kotarpan Rustum where he wrote many books in Pashto langauge.Molana Habib was one of freedom fighters in the British-occupied India.
