This a classical text by Imam Abu Bakr Al-Jessas who was major faqih and author of classical Usool Al-Fiqh text ‘Al-Fusool Fil Usool’ (available in our section on us). Dr.Idrees Zubair, a renowned Islamic scholar, highlights importance of tafseer Ahkam ul Quran by explaining the fact that Imam Al-Jassas wrote this tafseer to complement his works on Usul Al-Fiqh and to practical demonstrate the methodology of deducing rulings from the text utilzing correct techniques. This tafsir, accordingly, is a great resource for Muslim scholars and students.
